Old Town Bungalow

Located in Harrisonburg’s Old Town Historic District, this 1930 Craftsman-style bungalow underwent comprehensive rehabilitation to preserve its historic character while accommodating modern living. The project included restoration of the home’s historic features and materials, along with renovations to the kitchen and primary bathroom.

The rehabilitation was completed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and received approval under both Federal and State Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit programs.
